L'Ambiance Commons Association

L’Ambiance is a gated condominium community in the beachfront planned development of Pelican Bay in Naples, FL. L'Ambiance has 188 low-rise units which are either “Garden Homes” with 12 or 16 units in individual buildings or “Coach Homes” with 4 units in each building. Garden Homes vary in size from 1389 square feet under air-conditioned space to 2,091 square feet under air. Garden units have a one car attached garage. Coach Homes are either 2,025 under air or 2,579 under air. Coach units have an attached two car garage.

The community features large ponds, fountains, and waterscapes. We pride ourselves on our beautifully maintained landscaping.
